The Affordable Art Fair takes place in 14 cities worldwide, and this year it will open its doors in Hamburg for the very first time. This art fair offers high-quality, contemporary art made by young and emerging artists, with all of it priced under €5.000. It's a concept that appeals to a broad audience and really gets people talking.

In the current commercial of the Hamburg fair “Photo+Artbook Hamburg” it’s exactly the other way round - every letter is formed by books, which then form the word "Book". Just like everything in the fair centers on books: foto- and artist’s books, magazines, zines and exclusive editions.

The Swiss artists Peter Fischli und David Weiß came to be known for a wide audience, because of their movie „Der Lauf der Dinge“ at documenta 8, which shows a chain reaction made of e.g. tyres, ladders, chemical reactions, tables and a lot of other elements, interacting in a humorous and intelligent way.
