Director Tom Krausz explores theses questions and separates the corporate film oft Leipzig into different chapters, which get linked up by the different protagonists. So the viewer gets to know fictional inhabitants of Leipzig and meets them again in one of the four different chapters (economy, science, quality of live and culture), where they do their fictive work and are guide through Leipzig in that way.
The style of the music follows those thematic priorities of the different chapters and achieves a wide stylistic range, going from powerful electronic tracks to musical sound design and sound collages up to charming compositions for accordion, piano and backing band.
